We are a Malaysian business based in Penang, focused on producing high-quality freeze-dried durian for the gourmet and artisanal food scene. We grow our premium durians in an organic orchard in Penang, featuring well-known varieties such as Musang King, Black Thorn, Red Prawn, and others.

Our freeze-dried durian has a shelf life of up to 2–3 years, making it an ideal choice for year-round use without the need for refrigeration. This gives you the flexibility to plan production cycles and maintain consistent quality, even outside of the durian's harvest season.

OUR ASPIRATIONS

Penang is a region known for producing some of the best durian in Malaysia. Our aspiration is to make the unique character of Penang’s durian, often called the king of fruits, more accessible to gourmet food artisans and foodies around the world.

By freeze-drying our durian at peak ripeness, we preserve its natural flavour, aroma, and richness in a form that can be used all year round. We hope to collaborate with makers who seek to craft using our premium freeze dried durian into unique, high-quality creations from ice cream, gelato and pastries to fine desserts.

Our goal is simple: to offer a real, 100% natural durian ingredient that lets you share the taste of Penang in new and exciting ways.

Durian is a seasonal fruit and availability is limited to the harvest period. To secure stock for your business, we recommend placing a pre-order in advance. This allows us to plan production and reserve the volume you need—while stock lasts.
